Who are Qualitymark Protection?

Qualitymark Protection are an insurance broker who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. They specialise in providing both deposit protection and insurance backed guarantees for our home improvement installations.

What is an Insurance Backed Guarantee?

An insurance backed guarantee provides you with valuable protection in the event we are unable to honour our written guarantee.

The insurance backed guarantee underwrites our workmanship guarantee and provides you with cover for the defined period. Qualitymark Protection insurance backed guarantees are only made available to Qualitymark Protection Accredited Installers and are purchased by us on your behalf.

What does it take to become an Accredited Installer?

All prospective Accredited Installers are required to demonstrate that they are competent, have a solvent business and install products for which they carry the relevant certification or experience.

As an Accredited Installer, we are regularly monitored to ensure that we are financially solvent and comply to the Qualitymark Protection Terms of Business Agreement and Quality Assurance Frameworks.

Why should I select an installer who offers insurance backed guarantees?

Subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance backed guarantee, you are provided with additional peace of mind, using an installer that is looking after your interests and confidence that you are protected should something unexpected happen.
